When Swetha approached our booth at NDC Copenhagen, we saw the spark in her eyes. “I want to learn to code because it has always been my passion.” That’s ours too! It was an instant match.
She volunteered to help at the event, and attend the talks to learn from the best. It was an excellent way to gain additional knowledge, after just completing the program for Hack Your Future DK, a not-for-profit coding school for people with limited access to education and the labor market. Swetha joined the bootcamp and spent eight months learning how to code, so she can pursue her dream to work in tech.
We are grateful for that day. Now, we have a new colleague who is eager to hone her developer skills and build cloud-native solutions.
Swetha is focusing on frontend web development. But that’s just the beginning of her journey. And for a woman who loves interior design, shopping and traveling, we are certain she will have a beautiful experience building great software.
